1. The Cutting depths listed in the chart are only approximations. Actual blade cutting depths will vary with different blades and saws.
2. In general, Operating Speeds are recommended for optimum cutting performance.
3. Blade shaft speed of the tool must be within the Maximum Safe Speed for the blade to be used. Exceeding the maximum speed RPM can cause blade damage and possibly personal injury.
WET CUTTING Wet cutting blades must be used with cooling water to prevent excessive heat building-up during cutting
DRY CUTTING Dry cutting blades do not require cooling water and airflow around the blades is utilized to prevent excessive heat build-up during cutting. It is important to use the blade for intermittent cutting. Take pressure off the blade for several seconds after every 60 seconds of cutting to allow airflow to dissipts the heat. These cooling intervals will avoid overheating and prolong the cutting life.
DRY & WET CUTTING Dry & Wet cutting blades are designed to be used under either dry or wet cutting conditions. Do apply intermittent cutting while dry cutting.
