"Protechblades" guarantees its products against defects in materials and workmanship for six months from the date of purchase. This warranty is exclusively limited to the replacement or repair of defective products at "Protechblades" 's option, free of charge.

"Protechblades" reserves right to pro-rate any warranty based on tool life prior to failure.

This warranty does not cover damages caused by abuse, misuse or normal wear from usage.

The user assumes the responsibility of determining the suitability of the products for his intended use.

In no event shall "Protechblades" be reliable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever.

Minimum order: A $15.00 minimum order charge will be applied to all orders less than $100.00 (shipping and tax excluded).

Freight.

For orders less that $800.00; F.O.B. Protech warehouse.

For orders of $800.00 or more; F.O.B. destination via UPS Ground or truck. If a shipping option other than UPS Ground is selected, the ground service charge will be deducted form the final charge and customer will pay the difference.

Payment: VISA, MasterCard, C.O.D. or Protech account with approved credit.

Returns: All returns must be accompanied by a Returned Goods Authorization Number provided by Protech Diamond Tools Inc. No return of merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization form Protech Diamond Tools Inc.

Except due to manufacturing defects, all returns must be made within 30 days of sales with the original receipt. The products must be in resalable condition in manufacturer's original package and are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Returning transportation is customer's responsibility.
